2. Information on your device
Alacena lets you organize products with photos, quantities, categories, locations, and expiration dates. It also includes a shopping list, a recipe collection, favorites, a weekly menu, and expiration reminders.
Local features use storage on your device and do not require an Alacena account. The technical details of stored data, its relationship with backups, and what happens when information is deleted or the app is uninstalled still need confirmation.
3. Syncing and shared households
Sharing a household is optional and requires iCloud. This feature lets you share inventory, photos, shopping, favorites, menus, and household members through iCloud.
